What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday (Excl Bank Holidays): 8.45am to 5.00pm
Saturdays: 9am - 12 noon, Kilmarnock Workwear & collections only.
What are your delivery costs?
All orders over £30+vat are free for standard UK delivery
Orders under £30 have a delivery charge of £4.95+vat
How long does delivery take?
Most of our stocked products are available for next business day delivery, helping you get what you need without delay.
Some items, including personalised products and larger items such as office furniture, may have longer lead times. Where applicable, we clearly display expected lead times. If your order is time sensitive, our customer service team will be happy to confirm delivery details before you order.
Who can order from Active Group?
Anybody can order from Active Group. While our core focus is supporting businesses, private individuals are also welcome to place orders and benefit from our competitive pricing.

I have only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Some orders are delivered in multiple consignments. Please check your delivery note and your online account to see if any items are due to follow.
If you believe something is missing, our customer service team will be happy to investigate and resolve it quickly.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return a product, simply get in touch with our team. Most standard items can be returned within the agreed returns period, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that some specialist or customised products may be subject to additional return conditions. Our team will guide you through the process.
